Hemicellulase

Hemicellulase enzyme catalyses the breakdown of one of the most abundant polymer hemicelluloses, found with cellulose in the plant cell wall. Hemicellulase along with cellulase plays an important role in the conversion of hemicellulose and cellulose into sugar which is essential raw material in various industries.
