Lysozyme
Lysozyme enzyme is also known as N-acetylmuramide glycanhydrolase in the science community which is secreted in animals and a part of innate immunity.
It is a natural enzyme secreted with tears and saliva from animals. It is an antimicrobial enzyme which acts by cleaving the peptidoglycan (carbohydrate and amino acids) present in the bacterial cell wall which kills the bacteria.
